PREQUALIFY

Review your credit history, income and assets to determine your buying power.

FIND A HOME

Find the perfect home by working with your Lennar New Home Consultant.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Sign purchase agreement.

LOAN APPLICATION

Meet with your UAMC Loan Officer to fill out the loan application; some documents you might need to provide are paystubs, W-2's, asset statements (i.e. savings, 401k), etc.

LOAN ESTIMATE

A Loan Estimate is provided to you within 3 days of application after which you may indicate to UAMC your intent to move forward with the loan process.

UNDERWRITING

Your loan is submitted to an Underwriter for review.
 

LOAN CONDITIONS

Provide any outstanding approval conditions.
 

LOAN APPROVAL

Get Approved!

FINAL WALK THROUGH

Meet with your Lennar New Home Consultant to do a final walk-through of your home prior to signing closing documents.

CLOSING DISCLOSURES

You will be provided closing disclosures no later than 3 business days (including Saturdays) prior to your closing. UAMC will send the documents to the Title Company/Closing Agent
 

CLOSING

All parties meet at the Title Company/Closing Agent to sign the closing documents.
