Provides administrative assistance including answering phones, accounts payable assistance, booking travel, downloading and distributing reports, handling mail and logging trades. Specific tasks include but are not limited to: updating Underwriting Production statistics, distribute daily FNMA and FNMC Purchase Advices, update daily reports for Investor Liaison, enter MBS TBA trades and EuroDollar trades into Today's Trade sheet and QRM. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Concierge Department 

The duty of the Administrative Assistant is to assist in projects as directed to meet deadlines and assist concierge manager with onboarding all new associates. BRANCH MANAGER

The Branch Manager will recruit and coach to maximum performance levels, loan officers and operations personnel. Create and execute a business development plan to capture sales and grow market share (emphasis: customer satisfaction and retention). Build the branch presence through community involvement, building/strengthening relationships with referral sources and customers. Ensure loan officers are trained and have the tools they need to succeed, reducing ramp-up time and resulting in immediate production. Oversee and facilitate the origination of purchase and refinance loan transactions, including FHA/VA, Fixed and Adjustable Rate loans, 203K, Manufactured Homes and State Bond Loans. Conduct pre approvals, complete loan applications and provide guidance to customer through the loan process and beyond. Communicate loan status updates to all necessary parties. Conduct team meetings; provide monthly reporting to mortgage division’s corporate office. Work with Mortgage Division in monitoring lender programs and requirements. Communicate with Senior Management on training needs and issues. Responsible for regulatory compliance and quality control. Must have: Minimum 1-3 years as a branch manager; Minimum 4 - 5 years of application and processing experience or equivalent mortgage background; Strong computer background with 4 to 5 years’ experience in mortgage software; Current knowledge of closing and title requirements; Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting systems; Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines.

CLOSING DISCLOSURE SPECIALIST 

The Closing Disclosure Specialist uses knowledge of the mortgage banking industry; specifically in file origination, loan closing, federal regulations and Truth In Lending, RESPA Integrated Disclosures (“TRID”) to validate, review, disseminate and track the TRID Closing Disclosure and the required disclosure dates. Duties include: Review each TRID Closing Disclosure prepared by Loan Closers for accuracy of fees and adherence to program guidelines. Send approved TRID Closing Disclosure to borrowers after reviewing and confirming ensuring timing /deadlines are met and compliant. Monitor reports, take action, while staying compliant with re-disclosure requirements and alerting internal departments, as needed.  Identify and communicate errors found in a timely manner.  Prepare reports of the results of the validation process. Must have: Four year degree (preferred); capacity to learn federal regulations; adaptable to a fast-paced environment; ability to grasp full cycle workflow; ability to communicate with internal and external customers.

CONCIERGE ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

The duty of the Concierge Onboarding Specialist is to assure the Regional commitment to provide a "Best in Class Experience" for the Loan Officer is achieved.  We do this by providing the tools, knowledge and personal assistance that the newly hired Loan Officer needs to be successful. The Concierge will identify potential anxiety, whether real or perceived, in addition to the specific needs of the new Loan Officer. As an advocate of the new Loan Officer, the Concierge will assist in resolving these issues and will work hand in hand with the Branch Manager or those specific departments to ensure the needs of the Loan Officer are met.  The consistency and timeliness of the contacts, decision to join Eagle Home is crucial.  This confidence ensures the Loan Officer will be retained throughout the process and provides an avenue to obtain referrals of other mortgage professionals. This includes Concierge position includes overseeing the Regional training program currently in place. The Concierge will adopt and implement strategy in the region through identifying key learning needs, ensuring the delivery of education solutions and following up to ensure that the knowledge has been transferred and is being used. Evaluates current training results and strategies and provide feedback and recommendations to the management team. DISCLOSURE SPECIALIST 

The Disclosure Specialist uses knowledge of the mortgage banking industry; specifically, in TRID (formerly RESPA and TILA) regulations, loan origination and processing to review and approve the accuracy of all required disclosures. Duties include: Reviewing each Loan Estimate (“LE”) prepared by Loan Offices for accuracy of fees and adherence to program guidelines. Sending initial disclosure packages to borrowers after reviewing and approving each LE.  This must be completed within the required 3 days from application date. Review each loan file which had a change in fees or a “changed circumstances” to determine if a re-disclosed LE is required, taking action accordingly. Communicating errors found in a timely manner so corrections can be made within required disclosure periods and closings not delayed. Incorporate additional audit functions as regulations and company policy changes. Prepare reports of the results of the validation process. Must have: Minimum of two years in mortgage industry:  compliance, origination, processing or Quality Control experience; proficient in all current TRID (formerly RESPA and TILA) regulations for disclosure and re-disclosure; working knowledge of RESPA “change in circumstances” including:  Valid vs. invalid changed circumstances reasons; working knowledge of percentage cutoffs for TRID re-disclosures; familiarity with how fees are loan product driven; working knowledge of how points and fee adjustments impact Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures.

FUNDER

Primary function of a loan closer is to send closing instructions and closing document package to a closing agent within our required time frame.  All information must be reviewed for accuracy and all supporting documentation must be included.  The loan closer works closely with loan processors, production staff, and closing agent to ensure that closing dates are met.  Review and approval of the Closing Disclosure (“CD”) and Settlement Statement (“ALTA”) is a critical function. Must have: 3 - 5 years of closing and/or closing and processing Conventional/FHA/VA experience; Strong computer background with 3 - 5 years experience in mortgage software.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Universal American Mortgage Company’s Marketing department is seeking to create a new position for a Graphic Designer within our company. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing all types of external and internal communications materials. Conceptualizes and designs as follows: original logos, brand identity materials and branded packaging for all UAMC company entities, initiatives and products/services; content for traditional communications, including advertising, signs, displays, invitations, promotional materials, brochures and collateral; content for digital communications, including uamc.com website, other company websites, blog posts, e-marketing, digital advertising and social media; content for internal company communications, including Associate emails, newsletters, presentations, posters, documents, forms, branding guidelines, templated documents, company Portal communications, learning management & training materials; internal company culture education materials, including handouts, office posters and specialty items; content for external and internal special events, including event communication emails, invitations, collateral, communication updates; storyboards for external marketing videos and internal communications videos. Ensures that the UAMC and Lennar Brand and Lennar Culture elements are always presented and communicated according to established guidelines.  Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or related fields. 3 - 5 years related experience in graphic design, packaging design, and corporate brand and identities. Must be able to show portfolio of previous design work showcasing creative and innovative design concepts. INVESTOR LIAISON

The Investor Liaison will ensure timely purchase of correspondent loans, and coordinates the resolution of pre- and post-funding documentation issues. He/she will receive and track all pre-purchase and post-purchase suspense issues as identified by investors via fax, e-mail and phone; resolve all pre- and post-purchase suspense issues, involving Processing, Underwriting, and Corporate personnel as needed; contacts investors to insure timely purchase of all correspondent loans. Maintains and distributes weekly Documentation and Underwriting Exception Report; communicates purchased loans to Secondary Marketing personnel. Requirements: Must have mortgage banking background with minimum of 3 years' experience in Secondary Marketing Operations related area and a strong computer background with working knowledge of Excel and Word, and the Internet.

LOAN OFFICER

As a Loan Officer, you will be an integral part of our team. Your main goals will be the daily operation of working with customers, advising them about the risks and benefits of various mortgage loan products based on their individual financial circumstances. Recommending the appropriate financial product to customers to fit their financial needs. High school diploma or equivalent and some college required. Valid Driver's License a must. Able to work in a demanding fast paced, team oriented setting. LOAN OFFICER ASSOCIATE

This is an entry level position designed to assist branch Loan Officers (LOs) while preparing the Loan Officer Associate (LOA) to grow into a Loan Officer position. The LOA will complete various on-line and classroom educational sessions while receiving operational training by assisting the LOs with loan application procedures. Such tasks include but are not limited to preparing and updating loan application documents, communicate with borrowers or processing as needed, attend and complete on-going training in preparation for an LO position.

LOAN PROCESSOR ASSOCIATE 

The Loan Processor Associate (“LOA”) is an entry level, fast-tracked position as part of the UAMC Associate Development Program. The Loan Processor Associate will learn the role of Loan Processors (“Processors”), providing familiarization with our IT systems, learn about processor/borrower communications and file workflow. LPAs will assist in obtaining documentation from solution vendors, verifying validity of borrower information, prepare files for review, and manager their responsibilities in a file pipeline. Introduction of specified training courses will be introduced to prepare LPA for Loan Processor I position.

LOAN SUPPORT ASSOCIATE- SECONDARY MARKETING

The role of the Loan Support Associate is to assist the production associates in loan structuring, maintaining guideline updates, providing direction on products and pricing.  The employee will work actively to assist sales and operations to meet the company goals of timely closings, accurate information and excellent customer service.  The employee will follow the standards set by UAMC.  Ability to understand and relay Conventional, Non-conforming, FHA, VA, and USDA lending guidelines and pricing according to the standards and guidelines established by UAMC. Answer questions about program requirements. Assist in pricing scenarios by accurately reading rate sheets and applying appropriate loan level price adjustments. Analyzing loan scenarios to determine possible salability issues and consulting appropriately with sales, operations and manager in order to restructure to conform to correspondent guidelines. Maintain a positive working relationship between branch, regional and main office staff to promote effective communication. Assist in creating a positive, supportive, and fun work environment. Participate in departmental projects as required. Must have: 3+ years experience in mortgage industry. Strong background in conventional, government and secondary market regulations and guidelines. Loan pricing experience desired.  Experience with correspondent investors, automated underwriting systems, FHA and VA a plus.

LOAN TECHNICIAN II

The Loan Technician II receives and delivers final documents from closing agents and recorder's office. Delivers to correspondent investors and bond master servicing companies. Duties include: Receive daily incoming mail. Scanning documents into the blitz system. Documents scanned: Deed of Trust/Mortgages, Assignments, Mortgage Modifications, Title Policies, Power of Attorney and Affidavits. Input the received incoming mail into the SMO system. Review recorded documents and title policies for completion and accuracy. Prepares and sends for recording all assignment, security instruments and any other documents that are needed for correction. Maintains a log of documents delivered and scans the log into Oracle Imaging. Makes calls for missing documents and recording information. Review investor reports and department reports. Assist in other areas which would need relief such as switch board. Starting being crossed trained into other areas of the department, Post Closing, Shipping and Government Insuring.   Must have: 2-3 years mortgage experience.

PROCESSOR I  

Perform duties of Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing and closing. Includes interacting with escrow, title company, sales, design center, and borrowers in the closing of the loans. Prefer 3 years processing experience with automated processing experience. Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines. Maintain a pipeline of 45-55 loans.

REGIONAL POST CLOSING SPECIALIST 

The Regional Post Closing Specialist will be working directly with the Secondary Marketing Operations department and the Quality Control Department.  The Associate is responsible for assisting teammates (Loan officer, Processor and Closer) in resolving suspended items per cooperate and investor requirements. Also, will manage the “SMO” and “ACEs” report in an effort to clear and resolve exceptions identified on closed loan files.

REGIONAL REVIEW SPECIALIST

The Regional Review Specialist will: Quality Control Audits: Follow up on quality control audits exceptions with the associate responsible for the specific exception. Provide feedback to the Quality Control Manager on errors founds so Quality Control can adjust process and procedures. Provide feedback to the Center manager & Training manager for errors found to adjust process and procedures. Performing Adverse Action on Files: Performs adverse action functions for loans in process ensuring the loan meets all HMDA, ECOA and internal guidelines. Communicate errors found in a timely manner with production management and Center Manager. Communicate with production divisions for missing documentation required to adversely disposition the application. Must have: Minimum of five years in mortgage industry:  Minimum of three years in QC, compliance, underwriting, Senior Loan Processing or Operations Manager. Strong working knowledge of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. Proficient in all current ECOA, RESPA and TILA regulations. Familiar with All Regs and ability to look up and understand underwriting & regulatory guidelines. Familiar with Conventional, USDA, FHA, VA and Bond loan programs. Ability to communicate any found discrepancies and/or errors.

SENIOR UNDERWRITER

Review loans for risk analysis and compliance with agency investor guidelines. Render decisions within appropriate timeframe of 48 hours while meeting quantity and quality standards of at least four new loans per day averaged on a monthly basis in addition to resubmissions and no major exceptions. Must have 4+ years' experience in Underwriting capacity with hands on Underwriting of FHA/VA/USDA/Conventional loans.

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST 

The Social Media Specialist will work with Eagle, UAMC, Lennar divisions and Corporate Communications team on the overall social media efforts for Eagle & UAMC to ensure they stay on the leading edge in the mortgage industry and among other major brands. Work with Social Media Manager to build and execute social media strategy and content for UAMC social media sites. Implement National social media strategy for UAMC. Generate and share social media content that builds meaningful connections for UAMC. Continuously work to optimize Company pages on social media platforms. Analyze and report appropriate social media metrics. Adjust strategy based on insights and best practice. Create and manage social media advertising on major social media sites. Work with Social Media Manager to analyze performance of social media ads and provide recommendations. Design and create training curriculum for internal users on social media uses. Responsible for addressing customer complaints on all Social Media platforms. Responsible for working with UAMC branches and Regional management to ensure the Customer follow up. Must have: Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing or Advertising. Strong Computer Skills required. Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience.

TEAM LEADER - GOVERNMENT INSURING
Responsible for guiding the Government Insuring Technicians and providing a timeframe and delegating workflow to each associate to meet agency timeframes. Also responsible for the audit of FHA, VA and USDA loans for submission to the appropriate government agency for insurance or guaranty. Oversee the review and submission of the FHA UFMIP, VA Funding Fee and USDA guarantee fee. Candidates have to be highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail. This position requires efficient handling of time sensitive products, clearance of errors, omissions, and deficiencies. Investigate and solve issues preventing insuring. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company and investors. This candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Government Insuring experience combined with supervisory skills.
