The primary function of our Administrative Assistant is to provide assistance with answering phones, accounts payable assistance, filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail and ordering office supplies. The Branch Manager will recruit and coach to maximum performance levels, loan officers and operations personnel. Create and execute a business development plan to capture sales and grow market share (emphasis: customer satisfaction and retention). Build the branch presence through community involvement, building/strengthening relationships with referral sources and customers. Ensure loan officers are trained and have the tools they need to succeed, reducing ramp-up time and resulting in immediate production. Oversee and facilitate the origination of purchase and refinance loan transactions, including FHA/VA, Fixed and Adjustable Rate loans, 203K, Manufactured Homes and State Bond Loans. The Disclosure Specialist will use knowledge of the mortgage banking industry; specifically in RESPA and TILA regulations, loan origination and processing to review and approve the accuracy of all required disclosures. Review each GFE prepared by Loan Offices for accuracy of fees and adherence to program guidelines. Send initial disclosure packages to borrowers after reviewing and approving each GFE. This must be completed within the required 3 days from application date. Review each loan file which had a change in fees or a "changed circumstances" to determine if a re-disclosed GFE and/or TIL is required. On loans requiring re-disclosure: Send the re-disclosures (that were prepared by the LO) to borrowers within the required time frame. Review "RESPA Comments" in Destiny (loan origination system). Review Changed Circumstances reasons in Destiny. Upload and label re-disclosed documents into Blitzdocs (imaging system). On loans not required re-disclosures: Review "changed circumstance" reasons in Destiny to indicate no re-disclosure is required. Communicate errors found in a timely manner so corrections can be made within required disclosure periods and closings not delayed. MUST HAVE: Minimum of five years in mortgage industry: compliance, origination, processing or Quality Control experience. Primary function of a loan closer is to send closing instructions and closing document package to a closing agent within our required time frame.  All information must be reviewed for accuracy and all supporting documentation must be included.  The loan closer works closely with loan processors, production staff, and closing agent to ensure that closing dates are met.  Review and approval of the Closing Disclosure (“CD”) and Settlement Statement (“ALTA”) is a critical function. Loan Officer Assistant's will assist Loan Officer with the origination, processing and closing of new loans. Answer telephones, coordinate calls, take messages and greet visitors. Duties include: Answer phones, field questions, greet visitors and support the Loan Officer. Perform light bookkeeping, data entry, typing and filing. The role of the Loan Support Associate is to assist the production associates in loan structuring, maintaining guideline updates, providing direction on products and pricing.  The employee will work actively to assist sales and operations to meet the company goals of timely closings, accurate information and excellent customer service.  Duties include: Ability to understand and relay Conventional, Non-conforming, FHA, VA, and USDA lending guidelines and pricing according to the standards and guidelines established by UAMC. Answer questions about program requirements. Assist in pricing scenarios by accurately reading rate sheets and applying appropriate loan level price adjustments.  Analyzing loan scenarios to determine possible salability issues and consulting appropriately with sales, operations and manager in order to restructure to conform to correspondent guidelines.  Maintain a positive working relationship between branch, regional and main office staff to promote effective communication. Assist in creating a positive, supportive, and fun work environment.  Participate in departmental projects as required.  Must have: 3 + years of experience in mortgage industry. The Loan Technician II receives and delivers final documents from closing agents and recorder's office. Delivers to correspondent investors and bond master servicing companies. Duties include: Receive daily incoming mail. Scanning documents into the blitz system. Documents scanned: Deed of Trust/Mortgages, Assignments, Mortgage Modifications, Title Policies, Power of Attorney and Affidavits. Input the received incoming mail into the SMO system. Review recorded documents and title policies for completion and accuracy. Prepares and sends for recording all assignment, security instruments and any other documents that are needed for correction. Maintains a log of documents delivered and scans the log into Oracle Imaging. Makes calls for missing documents and recording information. Review investor reports and department reports. Assist in other areas which would need relief such as switch board. The Marketing Specialist will: Handle requests from the field for marketing materials including, but not limited to, direct/email, fliers, advertisements, branded promotional items. Work in collaboration with the Concierge team, assist with onboarding new originators to various marketing systems.  Ensure marketing systems are up-to-date as relates to compliance, branch relocations, personnel transfers, new branch openings, etc. Assist with management of the department’s section of the company’s SharePoint site, ensuring content is easy to find, updated and relevant. Assist with regulatory audits by collecting and organizing archived marketing materials working with compliance. Assist with the execution of co-branded marketing tactics for Marketing Services Agreements. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Act as liaison with Information Technology and the field for website change requests to ensure web assets are up-to-date. Duties include: Receive, and review information on license applications forwarded by branch production managers. Respond to questions and/or provide advice regarding licensing policies, procedures, or state regulations. Coordinate with internal associates in obtaining necessary information and documentation for filing new, maintaining or renewing individual, branch or company licenses.  Maintains records, compiles information, and submits the necessary forms in order to keep companies, branches and loan officers licensed. Research and record state laws or regulations affecting licensing, licensable activities or business operations of UAMC corporate office, branches, and loan officers. Assist with the administration and maintenance of log in credentials of licensed associates. Must have: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, business operations or administrative management, legal studies, real estate or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in mortgage industry, or similar experience in customer service, project management, Internet research, report preparations utilizing computer software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint databases. The Operations Manager Supervise, coach and manage processing personnel and their workflow, ensuring high morale, excellent customer service and maximum volume and profits.   Duties include: Supervise and manage processing staff. Ensure proper compliance with federal government regulations, investor requirements, all corporate reporting requirements (including SMO and A-30) and company best practice standards for processing and closing.  (40-day approvals/loans to Title Company in 48 hours/customer care survey results.) Hire, train and motivate all staff to achieve production goals.  Maximize individual and team potential. Ensure the center staff is providing exceptional customer care to all customers including US Home Division and Title Company associates. The QC Processor II uses basic knowledge of the mortgage banking industry to generate re-verification requests for documentation obtained to process mortgage loan applications and follows up to obtain responses to those re-verification requests.  The QC Processor II will: obtain and review re-verifications of documents used to qualify borrowers for loans selected for Quality Control audits; prepare cover letters and attachments for mailing to employers, banks, etc.; track receipt of those documents and will initiate follow up requests as needed; follow up on all overdue responses; obtain and review third party validation of social security numbers and to order and track receipt of and review field reviews of appraisals as assigned by manager; keep tracking system in ACES updated and to upload all re-verifications received to the loan file on a timely basis; review re-verification responses, SSN validations and field reviews and notify Quality Control Auditor of any discrepancies or concerns. The ideal candidate will have: a minimum of two years’ experience in mortgage lending, be detail oriented, organized and proficient in spelling, grammar, and composition; have strong written and verbal communication skills, and Microsoft WORD and EXCEL experience are required.

The QC Underwriter uses knowledge of the mortgage banking industry; specifically in loan origination, processing, underwriting, and insuring to perform a Quality Control Audit on different loan types based on federal, state, investor and company requirements and guidelines. The QC Underwriter will be a subject matter expert in certain aspects of loan origination, such as regulatory compliance and credit underwriting, as assigned by manager. Review certain aspects of the loan files, as assigned, for accuracy and conformance to company policy; investor’s underwriting guidelines and/or regulatory compliance; may review DU/LP or other AUS findings for data integrity; will review to confirm all required re-verifications have been requested by the QC processor; assign accurate loan ratings for each loan audited; review for evidence of misrepresentation using internet resources to research red flags identified in loan file; may review underwriting decision and calculations for accuracy, compliance and to determine if borrower’s ability to repay has been established; will generate exception memos for  response and will evaluate all responses and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken on individual loan files and also to determine procedural changes are being followed and are effective; will record the information for the final report. Must have: Four years underwriting experience or equivalent with Conventional, FHA and VA loan products; FHA DE/VA Lapp Sarr of no less than two years is a plus; previous experience with regulatory compliance preferred; knowledge of underwriting guidelines for FannieMae, FreddieMac, FHA and VA; must understand functions and procedures in a Quality Control Department and be proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Performing Adverse Action on Files: Performs adverse action functions for loans in process ensuring the loan meets all HMDA, ECOA and internal guidelines. Communicate with production divisions for missing documentation required to adversely disposition the application. Must have: Minimum of five years in mortgage industry:  Minimum of three years in QC, compliance, underwriting, Senior Loan Processing or Operations Manager. Strong working knowledge of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. Proficient in all current ECOA, RESPA and TILA regulations. Familiar with All Regs and ability to look up and understand underwriting & regulatory guidelines. Familiar with Conventional, USDA, FHA, VA and Bond loan programs. Ability to communicate any found discrepancies and/or errors.

Senior Production Assistant will directly facilitate and assist in the timely closure of home mortgage loans.  The Production Assistant will work with loan officer(s) to determine which required conditions need to be obtained from clients.  Order verifications of employment, rent, credit supplements and other required information needed to meet underwriting conditions.  The Production Assistant will review accuracy of documentation provided by clients to help determine acceptability to underwriting, will organize, stamp, and submit conditions on completed files to processing for submission to underwriting for final loan approval.

Review loans for risk analysis and compliance with agency investor guidelines. Render decisions within appropriate timeframe of 48 hours while meeting quantity and quality standards of at least four new loans per day averaged on a monthly basis in addition to resubmissions and no major exceptions. Must have 4+ years' experience in Underwriting capacity with hands on Underwriting of FHA/VA/USDA/Conventional loans.

Responsible for guiding the Government Insuring Technicians and providing a timeframe and delegating workflow to each associate to meet agency timeframes. Also responsible for the audit of FHA, VA and USDA loans for submission to the appropriate government agency for insurance or guaranty. Oversee the review and submission of the FHA UFMIP, VA Funding Fee and USDA guarantee fee. Candidates have to be highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail. This position requires efficient handling of time sensitive products, clearance of errors, omissions, and deficiencies. Investigate and solve issues preventing insuring. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company and investors. This candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Government Insuring experience combined with supervisory skills.
